Toffee Fruit Dip, a yummy appetizer or after-school snack. Perfect for dipping fruit, pretzels or cookies!
Who doesn’t need a good dip recipe? Normally when I think of dips, I immediately gravitate toward savory ones. But, lately I have been experimenting with sweet and…. it’s official, I love them!
What I love about sweet dips is the variety of dippers you can use. Anywhere from apple slices to pretzel sticks to mini cookies, you can’t go wrong!
This toffee fruit dip is loaded with caramelized flavors such as brown sugar and toffee bites! I love the little crunch the toffee bits give to this dip. A variety of texture to me is very important is dishes and this dip has it!
To me, apples go best with this dip. But, I know what you might be thinking. Those cut apples will just turn brown and gross on your pretty dip tray. Well! I bet you haven’t tried Opal apples yet then, have you? They are the apples that don’t brown when cut and they are the perfect accompaniment to this toffee fruit dip!
Opal Apples are naturally non-browning, non-GMO certified, crunchy and sweet! Opal Apples are also a wonderful option for school lunch. You can slice them up in the morning and they are still nice and fresh at lunch time. No more brown apple slices!
You can find them at many local grocery stores, but I would call ahead just to make sure they are in stock.
Now, on to this yummy dip!

What’s really great about this recipe is how simple it is. Even the little ones are help mix up these ingredients!
