I love oreos. I love chocolate. I love ice cream. I love toasted marshmallows. Graham crackers are pretty darn tasty when mixed with all my loves… and all these are all rolled into one YUMMY dessert! S’moreo ice cream sandwiches my friends… because I. Can.

Smoreo Ice Cream Sandwiches
Oh yeah. Those are sooo good. A little messy but totally worth it! I take oreos, half them, toast marshmallows on top, place a tiny scoop of vanilla ice cream, dip in melted milk chocolate and garnish with graham cracker crumbs. They are better than they sound! A nice cold treat on a hot day!
Smoreo Ice Cream Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 10 Oreos
- 1 tub vanilla ice cream
- 40 mini marshmallows
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup graham crackers crumbs
Instructions
- Take the oreo and carefully half them. On the side with less cream, place four mini marshmallows. Under the broiler in the oven, toast the marshmallows watching the whole time this will take about 20 seconds.
- Let marshmallows cool and place a teaspoon full of vanilla ice cream on top of marshmallows. Top with other half of oreo and very gently press down. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to set up.
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave a cup at a time in 20 second intervals, stirring in between until melted. Fully coat oreos in the melted chocolate and place them on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and place back in the fridge to set up, about 30 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy, these melt fast... you've been warned!

Yummm, slightly crunchy from the cookies, cool and creamy from the ice cream and a slight chewiness from the marshmallows really makes this recipe unique.
I went crazy AGAIN with the pics.. sorry guys! (Do you like a lot of pictures or more just straight to the point? I’m curious… leave a comment below if you want!)
You seriously cannot mess these up, they are so easy. How do you like to use s’mores ingredients?? I’m not sure if there is anything better than a fresh one off a bonfire but these come extremely close, with a fun twist!

Oh wow. Just wow. I need these in my life! Delish!
Yes! The Oreos are still crisp surprisingly!
NOW you’re talkin’! These look sinful and totally delicious! Curious, do the cookies stay crisp after touching the ice cream and melted chocolate or are they softer, say, like an ice cream sandwich?
Wow! This is awesome!! I’m gonna have to give these a try on my cheat day!! With my homemade ice cream!
Pinning!!
