Super easy and absolutely irresistible, these Oreo Fudge Brownies are a family favorite. Brownie crust with a cream cheese, white chocolate, and Oreo topping.
The title says it all and yes this is all your dreams come true. As if brownies or Oreo fudge could get any better, I go and smush the two together. I’m not sure if you should love or hate me for this one. tee-hee
I made this recipe as simple as possible as well. The hardest part about it is waiting for the fudge to set up. I used a boxed brownie mix and my go-to no bake fudge recipe.
Literally, anyone can make them, if you have a beginner baker who wants to help out in the kitchen, these Oreo Fudge Brownies would be the perfect starting point for them.
I will warn you, these are rich! But that is the best and indulgent part of this recipe and why we love them so much, but like I always say – everything in moderation.
Although it is hard to moderate eating these, you are going to want one after another after another! But that’s ok, if you don’t judge me, I won’t judge you.
This is the perfect flavor combination and everything works out really well together. The flavors pair nicely and it’s just a super easy and tasty recipe that you can throw together when the sweet tooth is calling.

WHAT KIND OF BROWNIE MIX IS BEST?
We love using a fudge brownie mix, but you can use any of your favorite brownie mixes. You can also use a homemade brownie recipe if you’d like.
Just make sure that it fits into a 9×13-inch pan so the recipe can remain the same.
HOW LONG DOES THIS NEED TO SET UP?
This will need to be refrigerated for about 4 hours so the fudge topping can set up.
CAN I USE OTHER OREOS?
Absolutely! This is great with pretty much any flavor Oreo that you’d like. Red velvet, mint, golden, etc. So you can use your favorite and play around with it.
It is also fun to switch it up for different holidays when they release holiday colors and you can use those Oreos to celebrate!
CAN I ADD ANYTHING INTO THE BROWNIES?
You sure can, some options that would be great to add to your brownie mix would be chocolate chips, chopped-up Oreos, nuts, etc.
You can add what you think would be a great complement to this recipe and would taste good with the chocolate and Oreo Fudge topping.
HOW TO STORE:
These can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator where they will keep for up to one week.
These can also be frozen, placed in a freezer container with layers separated by parchment paper, and they will keep frozen for up to 3 months.
To defrost, remove to the refrigerator overnight, let come to room temperature before consuming.
TIPS AND TRICKS:
- Use any of your favorite brownie mixes.
- You can use a homemade brownie recipe as well.
- Switch up your Oreos for a different flavor.
- Make sure that you use high-quality chocolate chips for this recipe so they melt well.
- These can be frozen, see my tips above.
- These have to set up for 4 hours before serving, do not forget that part.

Hi! This looks delicious but I can’t have cream cheese, is there a good substitute, or maybe a whipped topping?
Dana DeVolk says
Unfortunately, it wouldn’t be a “fudgy” topping without the cream cheese. But, if you did use whipped topping in place, it would be like a fluffy oreo topping which would be completely amazing and I may need to try that for myself! I would just mix the Oreos with the whipped topping, you don’t need the other ingredients then.
