HERE IS WHAT OUR READERS ARE SAYING:

“I made this the other day for a party, and everyone loved them. People kept asking for more. They were very tasty. Thank you for the recipe. Will make this again.” – Robin

It is appetizer season, and it is my favorite time of year. Well, I mean, you can never go wrong with a good appetizer but with the holidays and football, you couldn’t have a more perfect time.

Okay, you know me, I will happily have a huge platter of appetizers any night of the week just to mix up dinner time.

So, I really don’t need an excuse to deliver you this perfectly wrapped package of bacon-y goodness. But the holidays are a time that screams, “make tiny little cute appetizers and treats!”

These flaky Crescent Rolls are super easy to whip up on short notice, and they always go well at parties, especially for those who are lovers of a little heat.

In fact, if you want to heat things up even more, go with a pepper that’s got more fire!

But with the contrast of the cream cheese, bacon, and shredded cheese, these can really be toned down so that everyone can enjoy them.

The perfect hand-held treat, you really don’t want to pass up the opportunity to make these Jalapeño Popper Crescent Rolls for your next party or gathering.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS RECIPE:

We like to use regular-cut bacon with this recipe, it is just our personal preference.

But you can use any cut and any of your favorite bacon, and it will work fine.

The sharp cheddar in this really makes the cheese flavor shine through, but if you want to use another cheese, you can.

Some of our other favorites include:

  1. White Cheddar
  2. Smoked Gouda
  3. Monterey Jack
  4. Colby Jack
  5. Pepper Jack
  6. Chipotle Gouda

If you are a lover of spice and want to add more to these, some thing that you could do is leave the seeds in the jalapeños instead of discarding them.

Otherwise, you can add in some hot sauce, habanero, Serrano, or Thai Chile peppers to the mixture as well.
