HERE IS WHAT OUR READERS ARE SAYING:

“All I can say is YUM! I have this for lunch instead of a snack.” – Mel

Once you try this Cheddar Bacon Ranch version, that might just change your mind! They are super flavorful and so so easy to whip up.

Add everything to one bowl, mix, stuff, and enjoy! It is great all year round but we really like it as an easy recipe during the warm weather months.

They are perfect to set out for parties, have a snack for movie nights, game nights, and more. Honestly, there really is no actual reason that you need to not make these Stuffed Celery sticks.

The bacon, ranch, and cheese really work together to set off the flavor and the crispness of the bacon and celery give a nice contrast to the creaminess of the filling.

I honestly never thought I’d love a snack this much, haha! It just goes to show that the right recipe can do wonders.

Trust me once you try these Celery Sticks you will be converted into a celery lover, but I might just be biased, but I highly encourage you to try these at least once.

Some of my other favorite snack recipes that we have on our site include: Greek Yogurt Dip, Homemade Potato Chips and Baked Asparagus Fries.

  3. Place the cream cheese, bacon, cheddar, ranch seasoning, and scallions in a medium bowl. Stir it together until combined, or you can use an electric hand mixer.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS RECIPE:

You can use any kind of bacon that you like, thick cut or regular.

I suggest cooking it really crispy so it does not get soggy when it is mixed with the filling.

While we really prefer cheddar for this recipe you can switch up the cheese to your liking.

Some other cheeses that would work with this include: white cheddar, mozzarella, pepper jack, Monterey jack, or Colby jack.

This is the perfect recipe to make ahead of time and serve later.

I suggest you make the filling and stuff or just make the filling and stuff before serving, which can be done about 24 hours before!

Take your pick! I love having plenty of options to make a great snack even better!

  • Chopped red onion for a little extra crunch and flavor.
  • A sprinkle of sesame seeds on top for added texture.
  • Diced jalapeños for a spicy kick.
  • Chopped fresh herbs like parsley or dill for a fresh burst of flavor.
  • Add sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds for a crunchy topping.
  • Use candy eyes to make them a fun and playful snack for kids, especially for holidays like Halloween.
  • Top with pretzel sticks or pretzel antlers to give it a fun twist for themed parties.
  • Add white chocolate chips for a sweet and salty combo (for adventurous eaters!).
  • Serve with your favorite dips like ranch or blue cheese dressing for extra flavor.
  • Use rudolph’s nose (a small cherry tomato) for a festive party appetizer for Christmas.

If you have any other great ideas, let me know in the comments!

  • Swap cream cheese for soft goat cheese or neufchâtel for a lighter option.
  • Use turkey bacon instead of regular bacon for a healthier option.
  • Substitute Greek yogurt mixed with ranch seasoning for a lighter filling instead of cream cheese.
  • Replace sharp cheddar cheese with pepper jack cheese for a spicy flavor twist.
  • Swap out celery stalks for cucumber slices or mini bell peppers for a different crunch.

These can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator where they will keep for up to 5 days, I do not recommend freezing these.
