A quick and easy snack recipe these Cheddar Bacon Ranch Stuffed Celery Sticks are fun, easy, tasty, and kid and adult friendly!
Who doesn’t love a good snack? I know that I do and I’m one of the probable minority that loves celery, I know that a lot of people don’t like it.
Once you try these Cheddar Bacon Ranch Stuffed Celery Sticks that might just change your mind! They are super flavorful and so so easy to whip up.
Add everything to one bowl, mix, stuff, and enjoy! It is great all year round but we really like it as an easy recipe during the warm weather months.
They are perfect to set out for parties, have a snack for movie nights, game nights, and more. Honestly, there really is no actual reason that you need to not make these Stuffed Celery sticks.
The bacon, ranch, and cheese really work together to set off the flavor and the crispness of the bacon and celery give a nice contrast to the creaminess of the filling.
Trust me once you try these Cheddar Bacon Ranch Stuffed Celery Sticks you will be converted into a celery lover, but I might just be biased, but I highly encourage you to try these at least once.

HOW TO MAKE CHEDDAR BACON RANCH STUFFED CELERY STICKS:
- Cook the bacon over medium heat, stirring occasionally until crispy, about 15 minutes. Drain off the grease and place it on a paper-towel-lined plate to soak up any excess grease, set aside.
- Wash and dry the celery. Cut it into fourths, set aside.
- Place the cream cheese, bacon, cheddar, ranch seasoning, and scallions in a medium bowl. Stir it together until combined, or you can use an electric hand mixer.
- Using a butter knife, spread the filling into each of the celery pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
WHAT KIND OF BACON IS BEST TO USE?
You can use any kind of bacon that you like, thick cut or regular. I suggest cooking it really crispy so it does not get soggy when it is mixed with the filling.
CAN I USE ANOTHER CHEESE FOR THIS?
While we really prefer cheddar for this recipe you can switch up the cheese to your liking. Some other cheeses that would work with this include: white cheddar, mozzarella, pepper jack, Monterey jack, or colby jack.
CAN THESE BE MADE AHEAD OF TIME?
This is the perfect recipe to make ahead of time and serve later. I suggest you make and stuff or just make the filling and stuff before serving which can be done about 24 hours before!
HOW TO STORE:
These can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator where they will keep for up to 5 days, I do not recommend freezing these.
