- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 medium jalapeno seeds removed, small diced
- 1 scallion thinly sliced
- 2 cans crescent roll dough
- Ranch for dipping optional

- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line sheet trays with parchment paper, set aside.
- Place the bacon, cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeno, and scallion in a large bowl. With an electric hand mixer, whip until combined, set aside.½ pound bacon, 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 1 medium jalapeno, 1 scallion
- Using one crescent dough at a time, unroll the dough and separate it into triangles. Cut the triangles in half, so they form two long triangles.2 cans crescent roll dough
