    8 large eggs, 2 cups whole milk, 1 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup light brown sugar, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon salt
