I love a good soup, I’m not opposed to any type of soups at all. They are warm, comforting, and just delicious, and I also love to make them all year long.
I love peas on their own, but when you add them with some other amazing ingredients and break them down into soup form it makes them even better in my opinion!
I know Pea Soup can be served warm, cold or at room temperature, but we really like this one on the warm side, so we do warm it up and serve it that way, but you could do either or if you’d like.
Garnish the top with some of your favorite toppings and you have yourself a recipe that is easy to make and delicious all year long.
This nice, thick soup tends to get a bad rap these days. It’s seriously tasty, though. It’s probably my favorite way to enjoy sweet peas.
Turn your green peas into something amazing with this Pea Soup Recipe. It’s a vegetarian soup you won’t forget!
