If you want a fun, handheld meal, then you need to try out my Mini Burger Sliders. With homemade burger seasoning, you can’t go wrong with these!

Burger sliders have been around for a while now, you can find them in all kinds of forms and they are all absolutely amazing we are huge mini burger sliders fans here.
HERE IS WHAT OUR READERS ARE SAYING:
“I made these (minus cheese) for a Super Bowl party. Everyone said how good they were and I had a request for the recipe. I am eager to try a full sized version!” – Sheryl
I feel like sliders are a relatively new popular appetizer (if 20 years ago is new, ha!). I remember them popping up all over menus everywhere.
But, a classic slider to me will always be burgers or cheeseburgers. Not only are they cute, but they are delicious too. Plus they are smaller in portion and you don’t have to commit to a huge burger.
Today’s cheeseburger slider recipe is super simple. All you need is my burger seasoning mix, slider buns and your favorite toppings, that’s it!
These Cheeseburger Sliders are my absolute favorite and we make them more often than not in our house. My husband and I crave these so whenever we get the chance we whip them up.
When we used to have burgers, I made them into big and juicy third-pound patties—a big and juicy mess! So, when I switched to sliders, it was a game-changer for our TV dinners!
These Mini Burger Sliders are super easy to put together, and you can choose how many you eat. Sometimes, we eat more than less because they are that addictive.
Some of my other favorite slider recipes we have on our site include BBQ Sliders, Ham and Swiss Sliders and Monterey Chicken Sliders.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS RECIPE:
WHAT KIND OF GROUND BEEF IS THE BEST TO USE?
The best ground beef to use for this easy cheeseburger sliders recipe is 80/20.
This fat content ensures that your little burgers stay juicy and full of flavor without getting too greasy.
The fat content also helps create that golden brown crust when cooking, which is perfect for these mini burgers.
WHAT ARE THE BEST TOPPINGS TO USE?
When it comes to toppings, you can really make these mini cheeseburger sliders your own.
Classic options include dill pickles, American cheese slices, and crispy bacon.
You can also add a special sauce made from mayonnaise, ketchup, and a teaspoon of garlic powder for extra flavor.
Don’t forget to sprinkle sesame seeds on the top half of the rolls for a nice crunch.
Other great additions include caramelized onions, sweet potato fries on the side, and a few slices of pepper jack cheese for a spicy kick.
It’s a main course you won’t forget!

ANY ADDITIONS?
The nice thing is, you get to decide what is the perfect complement to these burgers.
Bring on the tiny buns and hamburger patties!
- Sesame seeds: Sprinkle on the tops of the buns for a traditional burger look.
- Caramelized onions: Add these for a sweet, savory topping that pairs perfectly with the juicy ground beef mixture.
- Pepper jack cheese: Swap out the American cheese for pepper jack to add some heat.
- Crispy bacon: Layer crispy bacon between the patty and the cheese for added flavor and crunch.
- Special sauce: Mix up a special sauce with mayonnaise, ketchup, and a little bit of pickle relish to spread on the bottom buns.
- Lettuce and tomato: For a classic burger feel, add fresh lettuce and tomato slices to each slider.
- BBQ sauce: Drizzle some BBQ sauce on the burger patties for a smoky flavor.
- Pickled jalapeños: Add these for a spicy, tangy kick.
- Avocado slices: Top each burger with creamy avocado for extra richness.
- Sliced red onions: Add a few slices of raw red onion for a sharp, fresh taste.
ANY SUBSTITUTIONS?
Quick dinners are always a great idea.
You pick what goes best with these mini cheeseburgers!
- Ground turkey for ground beef: Substitute ground turkey for the pound of ground beef if you’re looking for a leaner option.
- King’s Hawaiian rolls for regular dinner rolls: Use King’s Hawaiian rolls for a sweeter, softer bun that complements the savory beef.
- Cheddar cheese for American cheese: Swap out American cheese slices for cheddar cheese if you prefer a sharper flavor.
- Gluten-free buns for regular buns: Substitute gluten-free buns if you need a gluten-free option.
- Vegan cheese for regular cheese: For a dairy-free version, use your favorite vegan cheese slices.

I made these (minus cheese) for a Super Bowl party. Everyone said how good they were and I had a request for the recipe. I am eager to try a full sized version!
I’ve made these twice, and both times people asked me what the recipe was. They were shocked when I mentioned the brown sugar. I use a home made bun spread of 1/4 cup mayo plus 2 Tbl ketchup and 1 Tbl mustard and add a dill pickle slice. Really great sliders.
These cheeseburger sliders would go so fast at my house! Love this recipe – thank you!!
Sliders are seriously one of my favorite go-to meals 😀 Can’t wait to try your recipe!
