DO I HAVE TO USE FROZEN PIZZA DOUGH?
No, you can use any pizza dough that you like. You can use refrigerated pizza dough, the premade dough that you can get from the deli section at your grocer or you can make your own homemade dough.
Any pizza dough will essentially work with this pizza, so use that is easiest for you to find.

I say test out some various cheeses and see what you think works the best for you Buffalo Chicken Pizza and stick with that.
CAN I USE REGULAR CHICKEN?
We find that using rotisserie chicken makes this recipe super simple and easy to whip together and cuts the time it takes to make you can use regular chicken breasts.
You can bake, grill, or boil them and then shred for this recipe. Use your favorite method.
HOW TO STORE:
This pizza can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container where it will keep for 2-3 days.
This can also be frozen, I suggest freezing without your toppings on it. Place cooled pizza in a freezer-safe container and it will keep for up to 1-2 months.
To defrost, remove to the refrigerator overnight and then heat up in the oven until heated through, then top with your additional toppings.
