These herb marinated grilled pork chops are simply amazing!! They are moist, smoky, tender, sweet, juicy, herbaceous… ugh!!

You will definitely be going back to this marinade again and again. I’ve ever tried it on chicken breasts, and the flavor is just amazing. The chicken is always so moist and tender, I cant even explain the deliciousness of it… just try it!!

  • 4 bone in pork chops
  • 2 Tbls Italian herb paste found in the refrigerated produce section
  • 2 Tbls olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Tbls apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp whole grain mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Place pork chops in a bag. Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour over pork chops and make sure they are coated in the marinade. Place in fridge to marinade at least 2 hours to overnight, turning the bag over every few hours, if possible.
  • Grill on medium heat until just cooked through and a thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the chop reads 160 degrees. Baste chops a couple times with the left over marinade within the first 5 minutes of grilling, then discard marinade. Serve immediately with desired sides.

Can’t you just see how moist these are?! They basically make their own sauce, or you can serve them with a gravy if you prefer.

Don’t be scared to baste the chops in the marinade. I do this ALL the time, to get as much flavor on them as I can. Just make sure to stop basting after the first 5 minutes so it cooks all the way through. Alternatively, you could boil the marinade to use as a sauce, but I haven’t tried that yet so I don;t know how it would come out. If you do, I’d love to know in the comments section!

  1. Hi there! Visiting from the Mommy Club link party. Great looking meal! It even looks great in the pre-cooking stages! Sometimes I think about posting a recipe or two but my food never looks that good when in the preparation stages! Great photos. Thanks so much for sharing. I’ve said “great” too many times in one post hehe.

  2. I love grilled pork chops, but I usually grill them with just a little salt, pepper, and garlic. I have GOT to try your version soon! I found you on Pinworthy Projects and would like to invite you to share this with us at our Friday Frenzy party too. – Angels Homestead
