I love Arnold Palmers. They are one of my favorite drinks, who can resist lemonade mixed with iced tea? Not this girl, I’ve loved them since I was young.
But let me ask you, have you ever had a flavored one? This Peach Arnold Palmer is absolutely delicious. Using fresh peaches is key to this, you don’t want any of that canned stuff.
The flavor really bursts with each and every sip of this drink which I love because I hate when a drink is lacking flavor or tastes watered down, but this is not one of those drinks!
This Arnold Palmer is one drink that we enjoy all year long, being from Florida it’s usually warmer so we like to enjoy some nice tea all year and not just in the summertime.
But that is us with pretty much a variety of different recipes as well, we don’t think that they need their own season just because you’d think it would be that way, I say if you love it, make it!
I’ve heard it’s the perfect drink for a hot day on the golf course. Ha! With just five simple ingredients, you can’t go wrong.
This Arnold Palmer Tea Drink is a good choice for any of the warmer months. If it’s your first time, you’re gonna love it!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS RECIPE:
HOW DO I MAKE SIMPLE SYRUP?
Simple syrup is super easy to make, but you can also purchase it at your liquor store or even at some grocery stores as well as it is common to sweeten drinks.
If you want to make it at home in a saucepan add 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar and bring to a boil until the sugar dissolves, remove from heat and let cool.
Store this mixture in jars and use it to sweeten cocktails or drinks like this Peach Arnold Palmer.
Simple Syrup is just that, a simple mixture of sugar and water.

ANY ADDITIONS?
Homemade iced tea is just plain satisfying. Great for pool parties or just laying around the house.
- Add a splash of sweet tea vodka for a spiked arnold palmer, giving a fun twist to your non-alcoholic drink.
- Stir in fresh lemonade or strawberry lemonade for a bright mixture in your own tea and tangy citrus flavor.
- Use green tea or herbal tea instead of black tea for a different, refreshing blend of iced tea.
- Add a hint of cocoa butter flavoring for a creamy note that pairs well with the fruity peach tones.
- Top your tall glass with a lemon slice or fresh mint leaves to enhance the natural flavor and bring a finishing touch to your favorite drink.
- Drizzle a little maple syrup or coconut oil for a subtle sweetness and smooth mouthfeel.
- Throw in a few berries like raspberries or blackberries for extra refreshing taste
- Stir in a spoonful of brown sugar or agave syrup if you want it sweeter, adjusting to your personal preference.
- Garnish with peach slices for more peachy goodness, boosting that fresh peach essence.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes if you dare for a surprising spicy twist that shocks your taste buds in a good way.
ANY SUBSTITUTIONS?
- Replace black tea with unsweetened iced tea or green tea for a different teas of choice approach.
- Use store-bought lemonade instead of fresh lemon if you’re short on time or can’t find real lemon easily.
- Switch out granulated sugar with a natural sweetener like stevia or a touch of agave nectar to fit your daily diet goals.
- If you prefer dairy-free creaminess, try stirring in a drop of almond or soy milk for a smoother texture.
- Instead of peaches, use seasonal fruit like fresh berries
- For a more tropical feel, replace the peach with pineapple chunks or mango to change the entire character of your own version of this refreshing drink.
HOW TO STORE:
Obviously, we want to keep this cold, so you will be storing it in the refrigerator.
If you do have some leftover, I would recommend not adding the ice to a pitcher rather add your mixture to a pitcher and then pour over ice when serving.
This recipe will keep in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
DANA’S TIPS AND TRICKS:
- Fresh peaches are best used for this recipe, but you can use frozen if you need to, just do not use canned.
- This uses simple syrup you can purchase it or make your own, see my tips above on how to do that.
- Black tea is needed for this sweet iced tea, make sure your tea is chilled before using.
- You can easily double this recipe to serve more drinks.
- You can substitute bottled lemon juice for the lemon if necessary but I like the fresh lemon juice better.
