- Oil
- Eggs
- Red cupcake liners

- Milk
- Green gel food coloring

HOW TO MAKE gRINCH cUPCAKES:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Prepare the cake batter according to box directions.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling ⅔ full or 3 tablespoons.
- Bake, according to the directions, about 16-20 minutes.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then take them out and cool completely on a wire rack.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the vanilla and powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, mixing until well combined.
- Add a generous amount of green gel food coloring and mix until incorporated.
- Add the frosting to a piping bag with a 1M star tip, and pipe the frosting onto the cooled cupcakes.
- Top each cupcake with a jumbo heart sprinkle
