For an adult twist, feel free to use champagne or your preferred sparkling wine, but remember to keep them clearly labeled and separate from the kid-friendly batch!

The last thing you want is alcohol content mixed up where it isn’t supposed to be.

This is one of my favorite recipes to mix and match with. Try out a few of these fun flavor combinations!

  • Mix in fresh berries or fruit chunks for a burst of natural sweetness.
  • Try different alcohol like vodka, white rum, or peach schnapps for adult-only versions.
  • Swirl in some simple syrup for added sweetness.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry on top.
  • Experiment with different flavors by adding lime juice or orange jello.
  • Consider layering flavors for a fun, colorful effect.
  • Add a little sugar or flavored vodka for a customized taste.
  • Use ice cube trays or fun molds for unique shapes.
  • Sprinkle with edible glitter for a magical touch.

Hey, instead of small cups, maybe opt for some bigger ones! That could be fun, haha!

  • Substitute sparkling juice with cold water for a non-fizzy version.
  • Swap out the Jell-O for a different brand or flavor to suit your taste.
  • Opt for sugar-free Jell-O to cut down on the sweetness if preferred.

HOW TO STORE:

Fridge: Keep them chilled in airtight containers or covered with plastic wrap for up to 5 days.

Freezer: Freezing is not recommended as it can alter the texture.

DANA’S TIPS AND TRICKS:

  • Chill the sparkling grape juice beforehand for the best fizz.
  • Customize your shots with different colors and fruity flavors of Jell-O for a vibrant display.
  • If opting for alcohol, use 1 cup alcohol to 1 cup sparkling grape juice to ensure the Jell-O sets properly.
  • Add the sprinkles just before serving to keep them bright and colorful.
  • For adult parties, label your Jell-O shots clearly to keep them separate from the kid-friendly versions.

There you have it, a jello shots recipe that’s as fun to make as it is to eat! Whether you’re planning a big bash or a cozy family get-together, these jello shots are sure to be a huge hit and add that extra sparkle.

Easy, customizable, and absolutely delicious, they’re the perfect way to bring a little extra joy to any occasion.

So why wait? Whip up a batch of these fizzy treats and watch as they become the star of your next party. Here’s to making memories, one sparkling jello shot at a time!
