When I was a kid I LOVED rice krispies treats. Seriously, love them!
I have to say I am not a fan of the prepackaged rice krsipy treats though. They are so easy to make and taste 100x better! I
wanted to share an extra special recipe for the last of the after school snacks serious and I just knew this would be a hit! Monster rice krispies treats, rice krispies smeared with peanut butter frosting and a rainbow of M&Ms, so yummy!
I love the flavors of monster cookies, so adding these additions to these classics treats was a no brainer!
Monster Rice Krispies Treats
It is so easy to get the kids involved too, you can have the rice krispies and peanut butter frosting ready for when the kids get home from school. Have them help you smear the frosting on top and add the m&m decorations! Super fun! You can also just sprinkle the m&m’s on top and they will come out just as delicious! Recipe for peanut butter frosting from all recipes, rice krispies recipe from Kellogg’s.
