Shame on me, I have been using this recipe for so long I have no idea where I got it from. If you know where this is from please tell me and I will link to them ASAP! But, you know I still tweaked it a little… it’s a sickness.
Ingredients
Muffin Mix:
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Tbls sugar
1 Tbls baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 Cups cheese, shredded, whichever kind you prefer, I used sharp cheddar
1 Cup milk
1 egg
1/4 Cup unsalted butter, melted
Garlic Glaze:
1/2 Cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp onion powder
[adsenseyu3]
Directions
Muffin Mix:
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees. Whisk dry ingredients together and stir in cheese.
In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, milk and butter. Pour this over the wet mixture and combine thoroughly with a spoon or fork. Evenly distribute mix in a WELL greased muffin tin. This makes 12 large muffins.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top.
Garlic Glaze:
Melt the butter, add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
When muffins are straight out the oven brush evenly with glaze. Serve warm, enjoy!
That’s it wow, even I know you can do this! Mix, plop, bake and brush. BOOM. Thanks for reading!
