Ready for today’s pork recipe? It is day 2 out 4 four, dinners that is. This week I am showing you how to make 4 dinners out of 1 pork shoulder. To see how to make the pulled pork for this recipe please visit the first recipe of this series: Crock Pot Pulled Pork. Go ahead and check that out before we get started? Ready, okay heeeeere we go! Today’s dinner is crock pot pulled pork sandwiches, with my homemade BBQ sauce, YUM!!

Crock Pot Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients

1 Pound                             Pulled Pork (or 1/4 of your batch of pulled pork from the crock pot)

1/4 Cup                             Cooking Liquid (the liquid we saved from cooking the pork shoulder, yummy!)

1/2 Cup                             BBQ Sauce (I used my homemade BBQ sauce, you can find the recipe for that here)

Hamburger Buns

Directions

Place first 3 ingredients into pot on stove over medium heat. Cook until meat is heated through.

Crock Pot Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Place meat in hamburger buns and drizzle with more BBQ sauce. DONE! Whew, what a hard dinner that was to make! (At least it will taste like it was! These are freaking AMAZING!) Enjoy! Stay tuned for two more yummy recipes made from one batch of pulled pork!

Looks oh-s0-delicious! I gotta start using my crock pot more, especially since the weather is starting to warm up. Definitely will be pinning to keep as a reminder for my summer time cooking.
