- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 8 ounces sliced tavern ham
- 4 ounces sliced Genoa salami
- 12 slices deli pepperoni
- ¼ cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Slice the hoagie rolls in half lengthwise, making sure to not cut all the way through. Place the rolls cut side open onto a baking sheet..
- In a small bowl stir together the softened butter, parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Spread the garlic butter over the hoagie rolls evenly.
- Place in the oven and bake for 5 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Tear a piece of cheese in half and place it on the bottom half of the hoagie roll. Repeat with the remaining rolls.
- Top the cheese with ham, salami, and pepperoni, evenly onto all of the sandwiches.
- Next, add the sliced pepperoncini, then tear another piece of cheese in half and place it on top, again, repeat with all the sandwiches.
