Air Fryer Lamb Chops – only 5 ingredients and ready in under 30 minutes, the perfect weeknight meal!
I love these Air Fryer Lamb Chops for a few reasons. First of all, the air fryer is my favorite kitchen gadget. It cooks food so quickly, efficiently, and deliciously!
Secondly, it adds more variety to my meals! I know in some parts of the world, lamb is a common staple. For me, though, it never has been. Now that I’ve introduced it to my family, I’ve found that we love it!
Lamb can have a certain gaminess or earthiness to it’s flavor. I was a bit worried about that with my daughter since she’s young and tends to be a bit picky about new foods. Apparently, I shouldn’t have worried because she was an instant fan!
This recipe gives you juicy lamb chops every time. The outside is crispy and salted to perfection. The olive oil and coriander give you a flavor that is subtle, just right, and slightly unexpected.
From what I’ve heard, at least around here, lamb chops are one of those special occasion dishes that everyone gets super excited about.
Possibly the greatest part about this is that you don’t need a fancy restaurant to enjoy this elegant meal. With the magic of an air fryer (and I really do think it’s magical), you can whip up juicy air fryer lamb chops right at home.
Perfect for date nights, dinner parties, or just a delicious weeknight dinner, these air fryer lamb chops are everything you’ve been dreaming of and more. Let’s dive in!
