A super easy and minimal ingredient dessert recipe, this Jello Pie is a great treat for picnics, cookouts, potlucks, and more! This Jello Pie is simple and extremely flavorful.

We absolutely cannot get enough of this Jello Pie! It’s the perfect dessert for a hot summer day. With very minimal ingredients and no need to turn on your oven, you have the perfect recipe.
Pie, spring, and summer really get me in the mood to make all the pies! Baked and no bake, but when I don’t have to turn on my oven in the warmer months the better.
Although you have to wait for it to set up, that just means that is a great make-ahead dessert for all your various occasions that you have planned this year.
Silky smooth and topped with some whipped cream and strawberries it is super simple (maybe the best part), yet a pretty centerpiece for any dessert table!
What a delicious pie! I’m all about an easy recipe with simple ingredients. Especially when it creates a sweet treat like this one. My little girl gives it two thumbs up, haha!
You can really use any flavor of jello you want by the way. I’ll give you some examples down below. As well as some fresh fruit!
This Jello Pie is one pie recipe that I highly recommend that you make at least once! One bite and you will fall in love and want to make it over and over.

- No Bake Strawberry Jello Pie Recipe
WHY THIS RECIPE WORKS:
- With 5 main ingredients, you can’t go wrong.
- This can be made in various different flavors.
- This is great for any occasion.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED (SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS POST FOR THE FULL RECIPE CARD):
- Strawberry jello mix
- Boiling water
- Ice water
- Whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- Graham cracker crust with 2 extra servings
- Fresh whipped cream, for serving
- Fresh strawberries, for serving

HOW TO MAKE JELLO PIE:
- In a large heat-proof bowl, add the strawberry jello mix. Add the boiling water and whisk to combine until the jello is dissolved.
- Add the ice water and continue to whisk until it combines and starts to slightly thicken.
- Fold in the whipped topping until smooth. Place in the fridge for 20-30 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add the filling to the graham cracker crust and smooth out the top.
- Refrigerate for about 4 hours or overnight is best until set.
- Serve with whipped cream and fresh strawberries if using.

CAN I MIX ANYTHING INTO THIS PIE?
We often like to mix in diced strawberries in this recipe, it really gives a nice contrast in texture along with adding just a little bit more of that strawberry flavor.
CAN THIS BE MADE AHEAD?
Yes absolutely!
Since this needs to set up for a minimum of 4 hours it would be great to make ahead.
This can chill up to 24 hours before serving so if you have a gathering that you want to bring this to it would be perfect.
CAN OTHER FLAVORS OF JELLO BE USED?
We have made this in many different flavors in the past, strawberry has just become one of our favorites.
Some other flavors that you can use include:
- Lemon
- Raspberry
- Blue Raspberry
- Orange
- Cherry
Whatever flavor that you like best, you can swap for the strawberry jello mix in this recipe and keep the rest of the recipe the same!

To do that place the top of your pie tin on the top and secure it, this will keep frozen for up to 3 months.
To defrost, remove to the refrigerator overnight or when it is able to be sliced easily.
