Hi everyone! Spring is in the air! I hope you won’t get sick of me talking about the change in season every single post, but I’m just so EXCITE! My Mom made these cookies and they are just so cute {and delicious!} they instantly reminding me of blooming Spring flowers! They are peanut butter cookies, with a cute little Hershey’s kiss. This is definitely a classic but I just couldn’t wait to share them with you!
Spring Blossoms Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookies
These little cuties come from the Betty Crocker cookbook, my Mom’s go to!
Spring Blossoms {Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookies}
Ingredients
- 1/2
- cup granulated sugar
- 1
- cup packed brown sugar
- 1
- cup creamy peanut butter
- 1
- cup butter or margarine softened
- 2
- eggs
- 3
- cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2
- teaspoons baking soda
- 1
- teaspoon baking powder
- Additional granulated sugar about 2 tablespoons
- About 7 dozen Hershey's® Kisses® Brand milk chocolates
These are really easy to make and this recipe really makes a lot of them, perfect for a cookie exchange!
