With minimal and easy-to-find ingredients you can whip up this S’mores Ice Cream in no time. A great no-churn recipe that will cool you down during these hot months.

I’m a huge fan of anything that is s’mores flavored, I’m also a huge fan of ice cream. So why not combine the two and make this S’mores Ice Cream?
This is such a hit with the young and the old. I mean, who doesn’t love a good s’mores recipe? This is just a new take that really brings out that flavor.
We are huge ice cream eaters here, and it is so much easier to just make our own, so we have made various flavors over the years. This S’mores version has to be one of our absolute favorites.
We usually have all the ingredients on hand, so putting it together doesn’t take any time at all. The hardest part is waiting for it to set up. But like I always say, it is absolutely worth it.
The creamy texture of homemade ice cream has always been my favorite, even if it’s just plain old homemade vanilla ice cream. It’s all the better if it’s one of my other favorite flavors!
Nothing is better in ice cream than chocolate pieces, toasted marshmallows, and graham cracker pieces. It’s something my family is always asking for.
If you are an ice cream and s’mores fan then you absolutely have to put together this S’mores Ice Cream to cool you down this summer.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED (SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS POST FOR THE FULL RECIPE CARD):
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Vanilla extract
- Heavy whipping cream
- Marshmallow fluff
- Mini marshmallows
- Graham crackers
- Hershey chocolate bars

HOW TO MAKE S’MORES ICE CREAM:
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix well with a fork or small whisk until the vanilla is fully incorporated. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer or mixing stand, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- When the cream is fully whipped, fold in the condensed milk mixture and marshmallow fluff. Mix lightly for about a minute or until mixtures are fully combined. The mixture will still be thick.
- Leaving a handful of each aside, add in the crushed graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and chopped chocolate, and whisk until combined
- Pour into a 9×5” loaf pan. The mixture will be fluffy and should fill the pan completely. Sprinkle the remaining graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate on top.
- Cover and place inside the freezer for 6 hours or overnight.
- When chill time is complete, remove from the freezer and serve ice cream with a waffle cone or bowl.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS RECIPE:
CAN THIS BE TOPPED WITH OTHER THINGS?
Absolutely, there are so many fun ways to make s’mores that you can top this ice cream with various things, some of them being:
- Chocolate syrup
- Whipped Cream
- Cherries
- Reese’s cups
- Caramel sauce
- Rolos
HOW LONG DOES THIS NEED TO SET UP?
To achieve the best ice cream consistency you will want to freeze this for at least 6 hours to overnight.
This does melt fast, so once you remove it from the freezer, try to eat it right away.
Once put back in the freezer, it will go back to its frozen state.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO SERVE THIS ICE CREAM?
This is a personal preference, there are a few different ways that you can serve ice cream.
The three that we do the most are in a bowl, in an ice cream cone, or a waffle bowl.
Feel free to serve it any way that you’d like, all are amazing.

ANY ADDITIONS?
From toppings to ice cream flavors, I like to have options.
Get ready for some amazing no churn ice cream!
- Chocolate Swirl: Add a swirl of melted chocolate for extra chocolate goodness.
- Peanut Butter: Mix in a few tablespoons of creamy peanut butter for a peanut butter twist.
- Caramel Sauce: Drizzle caramel sauce throughout the ice cream mixture for a rich, sweet addition.
- Chopped Nuts: Fold in some chopped nuts like almonds or walnuts for added crunch. Good stuff!
- Toasted Coconut: Along with toasty marshmallows, add toasted coconut flakes for a tropical flavor.
- Chocolate Chips: Add more chocolate chips for an extra chocolatey treat.
- Cookie Dough Chunks: Mix in chunks of cookie dough for a fun surprise in every bite and a twist on classic s’mores.
- Biscoff Cookie Crumbs: Substitute some of the graham crackers with Biscoff cookie crumbs for a spiced flavor.
- Chocolate Ganache: I mean, that would obviously be good, right? Might be my favorite part, haha.
- Cinnamon: Add a teaspoon of cinnamon to the mixture for a warm, spiced note.
- Graham Cracker Crumbs: Add more on top of each portion for a fun garnish.
ANY SUBSTITUTIONS?
All you s’mores lovers out there will love this recipe.
It’s a summer treat with a simple recipe.
It might just become your new favorite ice cream!
- Chocolate Chips: Use chocolate chips instead of Hershey chocolate bars for convenience.
- Honey Graham Crackers: Substitute regular graham crackers with honey graham crackers for a hint of honey flavor.
- Dark Chocolate: Use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate for a richer taste.
- Coconut Cream: Use coconut cream instead of heavy whipping cream for a dairy-free version. Some of my favorite desserts have coconut.
- Gluten-Free Graham Crackers: Use gluten-free graham crackers for a gluten-free version.
- Dairy-Free Chocolate: Substitute regular chocolate with dairy-free chocolate chips for a dairy-free option.
- Marshmallow Creme: Use marshmallow creme instead of marshmallow fluff if you prefer a more gooey marshmallow texture.
HOW TO STORE:
This can be stored in the freezer covered with plastic wrap and foil where it will keep for up to 10-14 days.
DANA’S TIPS AND TRICKS:
- If you don’t have Hershey’s bars you can use chocolate chips.
- Make sure that you are using mini marshmallows.
- This needs to freeze for at least 6 hours before consuming.
- When folding in the marshmallow fluff, be sure to mix until it’s fully incorporated. Your marshmallow fluff will give your mixture a few lumps but this can easily be worked through when mixed fully. Mix on low to medium speed.
- Using a chilled bowl to mix everything together really helps the consistency.
