Not only are Aidells® Meatballs and Wright® Brand Bacon literally bursting with flavor. You can easily find them at your local Publix!

I like to garnish these bbq bacon meatballs with scallions with a little oniony flavor, but feel free to garnish with parsley, cilantro, or just serve them as-is!

Why is Wright® Brand Bacon my ultimate bacon crush?

Here are a few facts for ya… it is hand-selected and hand-trimmed. Thick cut… a must. AND, it is 100% wood smoked over hickory chips that infuse all that rich flavor throughout.

Now, this bacon is amazing on its own but for a fun holiday appetizer, I wrapped it around Aidells® Meatballs in Teriyaki & Pineapple flavor.

This is such an amazing sweet and savory flavor combo, your guests will absolutely LOVE it!

What I love about Aidells® Meatballs, in general, is that they are already fully cooked, ready to heat and serve. Also, they have no nitrates and no added hormones.

The teriyaki and pineapple flavor is truly unique. Made with juicy chicken, ginger, soy, and bits of pineapple making for a fun Asian flare.
