spring mix
lightly packed

halved red grapes

crumbled goat cheese

thinly sliced red onion

prepared Poppy Seed Dressing
to serve
Instructions
Add spring mix to your plates or serving bowl.
4 cups spring mix
Top with the grapes, goat cheese, onion, and walnuts.
3/4 cup halved red grapes,
1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese,
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion,
1/4 cup toasted chopped walnuts
Pour your desired amount of dressing to serve.

Toss lightly and serve immediately.

This recipe uses my
Poppy Seed Dressing
, feel free to use your favorite!
Toss the spring mix gently. Avoid squashing.
Break that goat cheese log with your fingers- it's messy but fun!
Slice the red onion super fine.
Warm the walnuts in a dry skillet for a few minutes to make them extra crunchy.
Add salad dressing right before eating. This keeps your leafy greens crisp!
