Ingredients
1/2
banana
sliced

strawberries
stems removed, quartered
1
tsp
honey
more to taste

low-fat raspberry Kefir or low fat plain or vanilla yogurt
Instructions
Chop up fruit and add to the blender with remaining ingredients.

Blend until completely smooth with no chunks.

Notes
This makes one smoothie, you can absolutely double or triple the recipe to make more.
Substitute the fruit out for frozen if you'd like.
If you can't find kefir you can use yogurt, see my tips above.
This can be mad in a blender or a food processor, no need for anything high powered unless you are using frozen ingredients.
