In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix with the ingredients on the back of the box; use the directions on the box for mixing.
18.3 ounce box fudge brownie mix
Pour the brownie mix on top of the Oreos and spread it evenly.
Tap the pan on the counter a few times to help the brownie batter dispense in between the Oreos.
Bake for 45-55 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Loosely tent with foil after the first 30 minutes.
Let cool completely.
Using the parchment paper to help, lift the bars out of the baking dish.
Cut into squares on a cutting board.
Chop up additional Oreos to use for garnish, and we used about 10 additional Oreos.
Melt the chocolate wafers per the directions on the back of the package; you will need about 1 cup of melted chocolate.
Chocolate melting wafers for garnish
Drizzle the melted chocolate onto the top of the brookies, immediately add crushed Oreos on top of each one and gently press them in.
Allow the bars to sit for about 20-30 minutes until the melted chocolate has set, then serve.

Nutrition is not calculated with garnishes. Refer to the mixes you bought for nutrition information.

Use parchment paper in your baking dish for easy removal of the bars.
Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into them for the best results.
Use a sharp knife to cut the bars into squares for neat pieces.
