This creamy Chicken Broccoli Pasta is an easy one-pot dinner made with rotini, chicken sausage, broccoli, roasted red peppers, and a rich asiago cream cheese sauce. On the table in under 30 minutes.
In a large stockpot or heavy-bottom skillet with deep sides, saute the garlic with the olive oil over medium-low heat until fragrant, 1 minute.
4 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon olive oil
Add the chicken stock and pasta and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer for 8 minutes.
5 cups chicken stock, 1 pound rotini pasta
Thinly slice the sausage, add it to the pot with the broccoli, red peppers, asiago cheese, cream cheese, and pepper. Stir to combine and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, or until sauce is thickened.
