Notes

For the best part of the drink, always use fresh lime juice. It makes a world of difference.
If you don’t have a muddler, the back of a wooden spoon works just as well to mash those blackberries.
When rimming your margarita glasses with salt, use a small plate to spread the salt evenly for easy dipping.
For a Halloween twist, consider rimming the glasses with black salt.
Rim with sugar instead for a sweet twist!
Always taste your margarita mix before serving. Depending on the sweetness of your blackberries, you may need to adjust with a touch more agave nectar.
If hosting a Halloween party, make a large batch ahead of time, and store in a punch bowl – less hassle and more fun!
