Ingredients

Roma tomatoes
cored, small dice
1
avocado
small dice

tablespoons
cilantro
rough chop
1/2
jalapeno
seeds removed, minced

teaspoon
kosher salt

limes
fresh squeezed, about 3 tablespoons
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a medium-sized bowl. Mix to combine. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for up to one day.

Fresh lime juice is the best for this recipe, in a pinch you can use bottled.
We like to use Roma tomatoes, but you can essentially use any tomato as long as you have a small dice.
If you want it a little more spicier, use hotter peppers.
This can be doubled to serve more guests.
This recipe can be used as a garnish on any of your favorite Mexican inspired recipes as well.
