Instructions

Add half of the heavy cream to the slow cooker. Whisk in the white chocolate powder until combined.
4 cups heavy cream, 1/2 cup white chocolate powder
Add the remaining cream, milk, sweetened condensed milk, chopped chocolate, and vanilla, stir to combine.
4 cups whole milk, 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk, 12 ounces white chocolate baking bar, 1 & 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
Place on low for 2- 3 hours, stirring every 20 minutes or so until the chocolate is melted and fully combined. Keep on the warm setting for up to 3 hours for serving. If the hot chocolate gets too thick while it sits, you can stir in more milk to your desired thickness.

Notes

Nutritional Information: Always check the nutrition info if you’re substituting ingredients.
Fun Kid Serving Ideas: Use fancy glasses or add a sterilized rubber hand at the bottom of the cauldron for extra creepiness.
Easy Ingredients: All main ingredients can be found in your local grocery store. However, white chocolate powder may be a little hard to find, I get mine on Amazon here.
Be sure to stir every so often if you can to ensure even melting.
Use gel food coloring for the most vibrant colors.
