This easy Tuna Salad Sandwich stirs flaky canned tuna with crunchy celery, tangy pickle relish, and fresh herbs, then piles it on soft bread for a quick, no cook lunch.
In a large bowl, stir together drained tuna, mayonnaise, celery, scallions, red onion, dill pickle relish, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley. Taste and add salt and pepper if needed. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.
