These Taco Joes are a fun taco-night twist on sloppy joes, with saucy taco-seasoned ground beef, black beans, and corn piled onto soft buns in about 30 minutes.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef, onion, and bell peppers. Break up the beef into crumbles and cook beef, stirring occasionally, until there is no pink left, about 8-10 minutes.

Drain any excess fat off of the mix and add the taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin, stir to combine well. Cook for about 1 minutes until fragrant.
Add the tomato sauce, salsa, black beans, corn, and green chilies, stir to combine. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the mixture thinkens slightly but it is still saucey.

Stir in the fresh cilantro and serve on your favorite burger buns with your favorite taco toppings.
