This recipe is good for 12 thighs or 6 breasts or any combination.
4each garlic clovesminced
ttsp fresh ground black pepper
1Tblsfresh gingerminced, skin removed
1tspblack soy sauceoptional
Mix all the ingredients except for the chicken together in a bowl.
Pour 1/4 of the sauce into your crock pot. Put the chicken in the crock pot and pour the rest of the sauce on top. You can mix this around some to make sure all the chicken is coated in the sauce.
Let this cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or high heat 4-6 hours.
When its done cooking, take out the chicken and set aside.
Place the sauce in a sauce pot over medium high heat and thicken with a cornstarch slurry (equal parts cornstarch and water mixed) until your desired thickness.
Serve over rice with extra sauce on top! YUM!!
