Ingredients

gin or non-alcoholic gin substitute
2
ounces
lime juice
2
passion fruits
halved and flesh removed
2
teaspoons
light agave nectar
optional for added sweetness
4
ounces
tonic water
Ice
Optional Garnishes: lime wedge
Instructions
Fill a tall glass with crushed ice.
Ice
In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, lime juice, passion fruit, and agave.
2 ounces gin or non-alcoholic gin substitute,
2 ounces lime juice,
2 passion fruits,
2 teaspoons light agave nectar
Shake well and strain into the glass.
Top with tonic water and garnish with a lime wedge.
4 ounces tonic water
Notes
You do not need to remove the seeds.
This can be made into a pitcher, see above on how to do this.
You can make this non-alcoholic, see some substitutions above.
The agave is optional, but is great for sweetening this drink.
