Ingredients

white rum
a traditional Painkiller cocktail is made with Pusser's Rum
4
ounces
pineapple juice
1
ounce
orange juice
fresh squeezed
1/2
ounce
cream of coconut
orange slices

maraschino cherries

Instructions
To a cocktail shaker, add about 1 cup of ice, rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and cream of coconut.
1 cup Ice,
2 ounces white rum,
4 ounces pineapple juice,
1 ounce orange juice ,
1/2 ounce cream of coconut
Shake well to combine and chill.
Fill a highball glass or another tall cocktail glass with fresh ice.
Strain the cocktail over the ice.
Garnish with fresh orange slices, pineapple wedges, or maraschino cherries if desired.

Notes
Use Fresh Juice: Freshly squeezed orange juice makes a big difference in flavor.
