Crispy oven-baked sweet potato fries tossed with olive oil, kosher salt, and paprika, then roasted hot until browned and tender. A simple five-ingredient side.
Preheat the oven to 425 F. Line sheet tray with parchment paper and set aside.
Cut the potatoes into 1/4 inch sticks.
Place the potatoes in a large bowl with the olive oil, salt, paprika, and pepper. Massage the potatoes with the seasoning to ensure they are coated entirely.
Lay them out into an even layer on the sheet tray.
Bake for 25 minutes, then flip and bake for another 20-25 minutes or until fries are browned and crispy on the outside. The baking time will also depend on how thick or thin you cut the fries.
Taste and add more seasoning if necessary, garnish with parsley if using and serve.
Notes
This recipe can easily be doubled.
Serve with any of your favorite dipping sauces.
