Ingredients

For the Blondie Crumbles

½ cup unsalted butter melted
½ cup + 2 tablespoons light brown sugar packed
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt

For the Milkshake

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x5 baking dish with nonstick baking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the melted butter and brown sugar. Whisk together. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before adding the egg. (To ensure it doesn’t start cooking from the hot butter).

Whisk in the egg and vanilla into the mixture.

Add all dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir together until a thick blondie batter is formed.

Evenly spread the batter into the prepared baking dish.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until the top is slightly golden brown.
Let cool for 15 minutes. Crumble the blondies onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Break apart into small pieces. Place back in the oven on broil for about 5-8 minutes or until the crumbles become a darker golden brown.
Remove from the oven, and place in the refrigerator to coo,l and allow the crumbles to crisp up.
While those are cooling, make the milkshake. In a blender, add the vanilla ice cream, milk, caramel sauce, butterscotch sauce, and vanilla.
3 cups vanilla ice cream, ½ cup whole milk, ¼ cup caramel sauce, 2 tablespoons butterscotch sauce, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Blend together until smooth.
Now that the blondie crumbles have cooled, break them up even more into smaller pieces with your fingers.
Place about ½ cup of the blondie crumbles into the milkshake mixture, and stir to combine.
Transfer to a serving glass. Top with whipped cream, some more blondie crumbles, and a maraschino cherry. Enjoy!

You will have leftover blondie crumbles. Nutrition will vary based on how many blondie crumbs you use.
