Blueberry Lemonade Cocktail (Blueberry Vodka Lemonade)
This Blueberry Lemonade Cocktail is a refreshing 5 minute summer sipper made with blueberry simple syrup, fresh lemon, vodka, and fizzy lemon lime soda.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons blueberry simple syrup
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh squeezed
- 2 ounces Vodka
- 1 cup lemon-lime soda
Instructions
- Place simple syrup, lemon juice, and vodka into a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake until combined, pour over ice in two glasses.2 tablespoons blueberry simple syrup, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 ounces Vodka
- Top each glass with 1/2 cup of the soda, stir to combine. Garnish with frozen blueberries and lemon, optional.1 cup lemon-lime soda
Notes
- Use fresh blueberries for garnish, then freeze. Store-bought frozen blueberries will work in a pinch, but fresh blueberries will give your lemonade a fresher flavor.
- Remember to make the blueberry simple syrup in advance.
- Use a good quality vodka. This will make a big difference in the flavor of your cocktail, I love to use Pinnacle for this recipe.
- Don’t be afraid to experiment with different flavors. You can add other fruits, such as raspberries or strawberries, or you can add herbs, such as mint or basil leaves.
