Best Bagel Breakfast Sliders Recipe

Breakfast Sliders are easy, cheesy, and super tasty—like a mini breakfast sandwich but with a fun twist. Instead of using regular buns or bread, we’re using mini bagels!

Ingredients

8 sausage patties
10 large eggs
8 mini everything bagels
16 slices cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons butter melted
2 teaspoons garlic salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°.
In a large pan cook the sausage patties on a medium to high heat until they are completely cooked and browned on both sides. Set to the side.

In the same pan cook the eggs in the leftover sausage grease. Scramble them up. Turn off the heat.
10 large eggs
In a 9×13 add the bottoms of the bagels to the bottom of the dish.
8 mini everything bagels
Add a cheese slice to each one.
16 slices cheddar cheese
Add a sausage patty on top to each bagel.
Add the scrambled eggs all over top of the sausages.
Add more slices of cheese on top.
Top with the top half of the bagels.
Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl and add the garlic salt to it.
3 tablespoons butter, 2 teaspoons garlic salt
Brush the garlic butter all over the bagel tops and then place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is all melted. Serve immediately.

Notes

Keep It Warm: If you’re serving these to a crowd, place them on a baking sheet and keep them in a low oven until everyone’s ready to eat.
Don’t Overcook the Eggs: Scramble your eggs on medium-low heat to keep them fluffy. Overcooked eggs can turn rubbery, and nobody wants that in a delicious breakfast sliders recipe!
Butter Mix Up: Feel free to add a pinch of herbs to your melted butter—like oregano or basil—for a more herby taste on top of the rolls.
Use the Right Pan: A casserole dish helps contain the sliders so the cheese doesn’t ooze off onto your oven floor.
Slice the Bagels Evenly: A serrated knife works best, especially for a crisp bagel exterior. It keeps the edges from crumbling.
Check the Bottoms: The tops of the rolls might look golden brown, but make sure the bottom half is heated and slightly crisp too.
