Ingredients

14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1 & 1/2 cups cold water
3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups heavy whipping cream
11 ounces mini vanilla wafers lightly crushed
3 cups mini marshmallows
3 barely ripe bananas thinly sliced

Instructions

Add the sweetened condensed milk and the water to the body of a stand mixer with the whisk attachment or into a large bowl with an electric hand mixer, and mix until combined.
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk, 1 & 1/2 cups cold water
Add the vanilla pudding mix and the vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined; the mixture will be runny.
3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Pour into a large bowl and cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate for 2 hours or until fully set.
Whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks in the bowl of a stand mixer with the whisk attachment or in a large bowl with an electric hand mixer; be careful not to over-mix.
2 cups heavy whipping cream
Add spoonfuls of the pudding mixture to the cream with the mixer on low until fully incorporated with no steaks. I like to take a spatula and scrape the bottom of the bowl to make sure it is fully mixed in.
Add the mixture to a large bowl.
Stir in the wafers, marshmallows, and sliced bananas, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use Ripe Bananas: Make sure your bananas are barely ripe to avoid them getting mushy in the salad.
