This Air Fryer Salmon is glazed in a sweet and sticky Asian hoisin sauce and cooked to flaky perfection in just 15 minutes. An easy, fast weeknight seafood dinner.
In a small bowl whisk together the hoisin, soy, honey, brown sugar, garlic powder, and rice vinegar until combined, set aside.
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 1 ½ teaspoon soy sauce, 1 ½ teaspoon honey, 1 ½ teaspoon light brown sugar, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon rice vinegar
If your air fryer requires preheating, preheat it now to 400°F for 5 minutes.
Spray the bakest of the air fryer with olive oil spray and place the salmon filets into the basket, skin side down, not touching. You may need to cook in batches.

Brush the glaze on top of the filets. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until an internal temperature reaches 145°F, or until your desired temperature.
Repeat with the remaining pieces, serve immediately with an optional garnish of sliced scallions and sesame seeds.
thinly sliced scallions for garnish, sesame seeds for garnish
Notes
If your salmon comes with skin on, you do not have to remove it but you can if you’d like.
This goes great with lots of different sides, our go-to is green beans.
The sesame seeds and scallions are an optional topping, but pair great with the Asian-themed glaze.
Double this recipe if you’d like to serve more people, just remember to cook in batches.
Make sure you use an olive oil cooking spray when spraying your air fryer basket.
This can be made with pre-cut filets or off of larger pieces of salmon. We like 5-ounce filets for our servings.
