Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees*F for 5 minutes.
Place egg rolls into the preheated air fryer, not touching, in a single layer on the bottom of the air fryer basket. Depending on the number of egg rolls, you may need to cook them in batches.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown, crispy, and an internal temperature reaches 165°F. Serve immediately with a dipping sauce of your choice.

Make as many or as few as you want, just make sure they are not touching in the basket, in a single layer.
This freezes well, see my tips above on how to store.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, or use the packet that comes in the box.
No need to use cooking spray.
Make sure to check the back of your package of frozen egg rolls for full nutrition information.
