Instructions
In a large bowl, whip together the mascarpone and cream cheese until smooth with an electric hand mixer.
8 ounces mascarpone cheese,
4 ounces cream cheese
Add the powdered sugar a little at a time until thoroughly mixed in.
1 cup powdered sugar
Mix in the Kahlua and vanilla extract.
2 tablespoons Kahlua,
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Add the whipped topping to the bowl and whip until smooth.
8 ounces whipped topping
Add the dip to your serving bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
Dust the top of the dip with a bit of cocoa powder. Serve with cookies and fruit of your choice.
