Ingredients

ounces
cream cheese
softened
1 ¼
cup
sweetened condensed milk
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1
cup
cool whip
thawed
⅓
cup
butterscotch sundae sauce
¼
cup
pecans
roughly chopped
Instructions
n a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
Beat with a mixer on medium speed for about 2 to 3 minutes, or until smooth.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Add mixture to a serving bowl.
Top with butterscotch sundae sauce and chopped pecans.
Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
Notes
Nutritional value does not include dippers.
You can use any fat cream cheese for this recipe.
Make sure that your cream cheese is softened so that no clumps will be in your dip.
We like to use cool whip as it is more stabilized, but you can make your own stabilized whipped cream to use if you like.
Use any of your favorite dippers for this recipe.
This can be made ahead of time, see my tips above.
The pecans are optional, you can use walnuts, no nuts or even mini chocolate chips.
