8
ounces
cream cheese
softened
1
cup
shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1
medium jalapeno
seeds removed, small diced
1
scallion

2
cans crescent roll dough
Ranch for dipping

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line sheet trays with parchment paper, set aside.
Place the bacon, cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeno, and scallion in a large bowl. With an electric hand mixer, whip until combined, set aside.
Using one crescent dough at a time, unroll the dough and separate it into triangles. Cut the triangles in half, so they form two long triangles.
Place 1 & ½ teaspoons of the filling onto the bottom, wider part of the roll.
Roll the dough over the filling to form a crescent. Place it on the prepared sheet tray.
Repeat with the remaining filling and dough, placing them not touching on the sheet trays.
Bake for 11-13 minutes until lightly golden brown. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving with ranch for dipping, optional.
