Ingredients

2 teaspoons high-quality instant coffee
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup plus more for garnish
1 cup milk
1 cup ice
Whipped cream for garnish optional

Instructions

In a tall glass, add the instant coffee, brown sugar, and chocolate syrup.

Add a few tablespoons of milk (from the total amount) to the glass to emulsify the mixture.
