A classic treat, this Wendys Frosty is creamy, flavorful, and the perfect copycat version recipe of your favorite restaurant drink! Super easy you’ll be making this all spring and summer long.
Place half of the chocolate milk, half of the nesquik powder, half of the sweetened condensed milk, half of the whipped topping, and half of the vanilla in a blender.
Pour into a 9x13 baking dish. Repeat with the remaining ingredients and pour into the dish along with the rest.
Place into the freezer.
Every 30 minutes, scrape and mix the frosty breaking up the ice crystals. Focus on the outer edges, they freeze first. Keep doing this until it is frozen to your liking. I like it more solid so it takes about 6 hours. If you like it more slushy, it should be ready in around 4 hours.
Notes
This recipe can be halved, doubled, or tripled!
Make sure you are scraping the mixture every 30 minutes to break up the ice crystals.
This needs to freeze anywhere from 4-6 hours, depending on what consistency you like.
A personal preference but French fries are amazing dipped in this!
This is made in batches because a standard blender does not fit the whole amount, see above for more info.
This will keep frozen covered in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Make your own whipped topping, see above on how to do that.
