Raspberry Sorbet
Notes
Start with chilled pink lemonade and pineapple juice. A cold start means less ice is needed and more flavor per sip.
Add the sorbet right before serving so it doesn’t melt and vanish. Fresh and frosty is the name of the game.
If it’s too sweet, add a splash of lemon-lime soda or even a little more pineapple juice. If you want it sweeter, add another scoop of sorbet or a dash of sugar.
A large pitcher or a large bowl with a ladle works best. For really big parties, a beverage dispenser is the easiest way to let guests serve themselves.
Add some fresh raspberries, frozen raspberries, or even edible flowers on top to make it look extra special.
Don’t be shy—give it a quick taste before serving. If it’s missing something, add more pineapple juice or a squeeze of lemon. Remember, it’s your creation!
