Ingredients

cup
fresh basil
packed
½
cup
parmigiano-reggiano cheese
freshly grated
⅓
cup
high quality extra virgin olive oil
¼
cup
toasted chopped pecans
2
cloves
garlic
minced
¼
teaspoon
kosher salt
¼
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Place the basil, parmesan, pecans, garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
Pulse while slowly adding in the olive oil until smooth. Taste, season with more salt and pepper if necessary.
Notes
Easily double this recipe.
