A super easy and minimal ingredient dessert recipe, this Strawberry Jello Pie is a great treat for picnics, cookouts, potlucks and more! Super easy and extremely flavorful.

Ingredients

ounce
package strawberry jello mix
⅔
cup
boiling water
1
cup
ice water
8
ounces
whipped topping
9-
inch
graham cracker crust with 2 extra servings
Whipped cream
for serving
Fresh strawberries
for serving
Instructions
In a large heat-proof bowl, add the strawberry jello mix. Add the boiling water and whisk to combine until the jello is dissolved.
Add the ice water and continue to whisk until it combines and starts to slightly thicken.
Fold in the whipped topping until smooth. Place in the fridge for 20-30 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add the filling to the graham cracker crust and smooth out the top.
Refrigerate for about 4 hours or overnight is best until set.
Serve with whipped cream and fresh strawberries if using.
Notes
Use other jello flavors, see above for some options.
Make sure you use the graham cracker crust that says 2 extra servings.
You can add in chopped strawberries for extra flavor and texture contrast.
Make sure that you let this chill for at least 4 hours.
This can be frozen, see my tips above.
Homemade whipped cream can be used for this recipe.
